for my independent study, my instructor assigned me to work with letters to create a design. she said i could follow a tutorial, or if i felt comfortable, go ahead and begin doing my own. to start, i followed this tutorial, and this is what mine ended up looking like—- pretty close, right? i’m not exactly pleased with all of the placement of the letters, but i tried. anyway, i plan to use this sort of structure to create a large sign for the community learning network centers, as well as starbucks board for a design contest they are having. i hope to have those completed by the end of next week. i will post my progress.
